Tech BD – Low-Latency APAC Connectivity

We are looking for a Tech BD hire to own high-frequency market access across APAC, primarily focusing on the equity markets of Korea, India and Japan.

You will be responsible for standing up and improving the firm’s low-latency stack in the region — market data feeds, co-location, cross-connects and last-mile links with exchanges, data centres and carriers. The role sits between internal trading / engineering / network teams and external providers (exchanges/brokers/telecom vendors): you take technical requirements, turn them into concrete work, and push projects through to go-live. You are also expected to surface new venues, better paths and latency or resilience improvements rather than only executing what is already requested.

Must-have

• Technical background (engineering, CS, or hands-on trading infrastructure)
• Fluent technical communication in both English and Chinese
• Strong coordination skills and high ownership
• Based in Hong Kong

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience connecting to US equities or other non-APAC markets
