Tech Consultant

Join Mpya Digital as a caring tech consultant on our new adventure! Are you eager to have a greater impact on the performance, structure, and values of the company you work for? Do you find yourself tired of blending into the crowd? If so, we have an exciting opportunity awaiting you!

Welcome to Mpya Digital, a Stockholm-founded tech consultancy, now established in Skåne. We are a software development consultancy that values continuous learning and sharing culture to help you grow in your profession. We believe that nurturing our passions is what makes both us and our clients successful.

Who We Are Founded in January 2018, Mpya Digital is today a team of 70+ tech enthusiasts – and growing. We consult some of the most cutting-edge technology companies around the world in their development of new products and features. We believe that nurturing our passions is what makes both us and our clients successful.

For most of us, our passions lie within the area of technology and development. But what makes us Mpya Digital is that we are not only passionate (really passionate!) about writing code, we are also passionate about people. We value continuous learning and a culture based on sharing to help you grow not only in your profession, but also as a human being.

What You Will Do As a tech consultant, you will primarily work with software development, building high-quality solutions in modern tech stacks.

We believe great developers often grow beyond just coding over time. That’s why, together with you, we can shape your assignments to gradually include areas such as architecture, DevOps, cloud, or technical leadership, depending on your interests and ambitions.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tech companies in Skåne (and possibly even in Stockholm) and collaborate with the full force of the Mpya Digital's organization behind you - your potential for impact knows no boundaries.

Since you will be one of the first consultants in this venture, you will also be able contribute to create a positive company culture and directly influence the growth of the company. You’d have to be courageous, caring and entrepreneurial.

Do you got what it takes? Perfect.
