Tech Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Senior Content Creator to own Ink in Caps’ content and strengthen our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, understands visual storytelling, and can take an idea from concept to finished content. B2B, technology, SaaS or agency experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Ink in Caps’ content calendar and content strategy.
• Conceptualise, script and create Reels, videos, LinkedIn posts, carousels and other social content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand videos, interviews, explainers and thought-leadership content.
• Develop strong hooks, scripts, captions and visual concepts.
• Turn B2B, marketing and technology topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and other creatives to execute content.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve strategy and formats.
• Stay on top of social media, content and digital trends.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, creative strategy or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, social content and visual storytelling.
• Confident on camera with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Comfortable with basic shooting/editing and content creation tools.
• B2B, tech, SaaS or agency experience is a plus.

Work Location: In person | Mumbai | Goregaon East
Timings: 10:30AM -7:30 PM
Monday-Saturdays (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
