What they need
About the Role: Provide remote technical support and account setup for online signature platforms and document tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user administration, platform security, and single sign-on settings.
- Troubleshoot integration errors, webhooks, and automated document routing workflows.
- Assist internal teams with custom template design and contract workflow rules.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical support or administration experience with e-signature platforms (DocuSign / CLM).
- Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and browser-side troubleshooting.
