Tech Lead Ada

We are looking for an experienced Ada Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join an innovative and highly technical environment in Zurich, Switzerland.

Our client operates in the Aerospace, Defence and Security sector, developing advanced, mission-critical systems where software reliability, performance and safety are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead or a Senior Ada Developer looking to take the next step into a technical leadership role.

You will contribute to the development of sophisticated software solutions while playing a key role in technical decision-making, software architecture and engineering best practices.

Your role as Tech Lead Ada

You will drive technical projects on-site in Zürich, leading the development of solutions within a 42-hour workweek. Your focus will be on guiding technical execution and ensuring high standards of delivery.

What we are looking for

• Experience in technical leadership roles
• Strong background in software engineering or IT consulting
• Ability to guide teams and manage technical deliverables

Your first months at Enova Consulting

You will have taken on key technical projects, aligned with team members on delivery standards, and integrated into our Zurich operations. Through regular collaboration and hands-on guidance, you will have established your technical ownership across our ongoing initiatives.

Compensation
