Tech Lead - Application Development Microsoft N 4C

For our client, we are seeking a Tech Lead - Application Development Microsoft N 4c to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of core finance modules within the D365 system
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Design solutions that optimize D365 capabilities with minimal customization
• Oversee functional consultants; review project deliverables for quality assurance
• Drive testing cycles to ensure end-to-end finance processes are validated
• Validate data migration and support during the go-live phase
• Act as primary contact for finance stakeholders to facilitate system adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology; Master's in Software Engineering preferred
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure Developer, Digital Marketing, ISTQB Testing, and Oracle Java SE 8
• Hands-on experience with D365 finance modules, including ledger setups and budgeting
• Proficient in documentation tools like Azure DevOps/Jira and BPM tools
• Strong accounting knowledge covering financial reporting and compliance
