Tech Lead Full Stack Engineering

We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack with strong hands-on experience in Python and React, along with exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving solution design, mentoring engineers, and developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python/FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Drive coding standards, design patterns, security, performance, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor developers and support technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Work with cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI/LLMs within applications and engineering workflows.

Must Have

• 812+ years of software engineering experience with relevant technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development.
• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and scalable application design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, or AI agents.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Experience with application security, observability, performance tuning, and cloud-native development.
• Experience working in modern AI-enabled application development environments.
