We would like to meet a Tech Lead Java for a project with a hybrid working model:

This role requires a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native architectures, microservices, Angular, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , as well as the ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects from design through release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Define and promote software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Drive the adoption of clean code, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.
• Design and evolve microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Define and implement secure RESTful APIs following an API-first approach.
• Collaborate with front-end teams on scalable Angular architectures.
• Identify and address performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Contribute to release management strategies and deployment processes.
• Support technical decision-making across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and/or orchestrating complex technical projects.
• 9+ years of professional experience with Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application development.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Proven experience with microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Experience designing secure and scalable APIs.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability strategies.
• Experience working with hybrid and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
