We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Level2/Solution Architect/Security Expert with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement comprehensive security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for security protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of security principles, including threat analysis and risk management.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and motivate junior team members.
