Profile: Tech Lead – Node.js, React.js, Kafka/RabbitMQ
Location: Gurugram | Delhi NCR
Experience: 7–13 Years
CTC: ₹12–20 LPA
Work Mode: WFO | 5 Days
Exp- 7+ years software development experience with strong backend/full-stack expertise 3+ years recent engineering team leadership experience Strong hands-on Node.js, React.js, JavaScript & TypeScript Strong experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ SaaS architecture experience on AWS / Azure / GCP Hands-on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab & DevOps Strong PostgreSQL plus MongoDB or Redis experience
Experience building scalable & secure SaaS applications CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho preferred Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC or Dialer experience is a plus AI/ML, NLP, LLM, Speech-to-Text or Speech Analytics exposure
preferred Immediate joiners / candidates available within 15 days preferred
