Tech Lead (Power Platform)

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across projects, oversee solution design and implementation, ensure adherence to software development standards, and support end-to-end project delivery. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead technical design, solution architecture, and implementation for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and enforce technical standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges. Solution Delivery
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Lead and coordinate development activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to manage project risks, dependencies, and technical issues.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production rollout activities. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Manage and participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC governance, change management processes, release controls, and documentation standards.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate for project requirements.
• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and development efficiency. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical consultation.
• Facilitate technical workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with vendors, external partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Provide regular project and technical updates to stakeholders and management. Production Support & Governance
• Support production incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and maintainability. ________________________________________ Preferred Technical Skills Application Development & Integration
