Tech Lead (Project Manager) Required Urgently

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh,

We are building HafizApp (hafizapp.com), a Quran learning product used for daily reading, live recitation feedback and structured memorisation. Behind the app runs a real production operation — an annotation platform where trained Quran teachers transcribe recitation audio word by word, a learning and certification system, and the reporting on top of it.

We are looking for a Software Manager to lead our engineering team, on-site in Lahore. This is an ownership role: you would own delivery, organise and grow the engineers, set the engineering standard, and understand deeply how the product is actually used in production.

What we are looking for:
Around 5 or more years in software, including real experience leading a team.
Still technical — able to read code and challenge a design.
A track record of getting work delivered, and of growing the engineers around you.
Honest, organised, and willing to hold a clear standard.
Genuine interest in the product and the people who use it.

What we offer:
PKR 200,000 - 220000 per month.
Full ownership of engineering in a product company, not client service work.
Full-time, professional office environment in Lahore.
A chance to shape the future of digital Quran learning.

JazakAllahu Khairan!
