Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Tech Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications across our group companies.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business processes and technology. You will lead a team of developers, define application architecture, conduct code reviews, manage system integrations (ERP/CRM), and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end technical architecture, database structures, APIs, and workflows for ERP, CRM, and custom enterprise applications. Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Python Application Development: Provide hands-on guidance for backend development using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Design RESTful APIs, backend services, and troubleshoot complex technical/performance bottlenecks.
• ERP / CRM & System Integrations: Architect customizations and integrations for Odoo and Zoho ecosystems. Design seamless API integrations between custom applications, ERP/CRM systems, and third-party services.
• Team Leadership & Governance: Mentor and guide Python and Full-Stack developers. Conduct regular code reviews, establish coding standards, manage Git workflows, and build technical documentation.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Own project timelines from initial requirements gathering through architecture, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Cloud & DevOps Supervision: Oversee application deployments on cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), containerization (Docker), and maintain reliable CI/CD release pipelines.
• Business Process Digitization: Partner with business heads to understand operational challenges and digitize processes across Procurement, Inventory/WMS, Sales/CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and MIS Dashboards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 8 years of total software development experience with strong hands-on Python proficiency. Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a dev team or technically owning projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Core Technical Stack:
• Frameworks: Hands-on expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Databases: Relational database design & optimization in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• APIs & Web: Building/consuming REST APIs, JSON services, and working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD concepts.
• Domain & ERP Exposure (Highly Preferred):
• Practical experience with Odoo development/customization or Zoho CRM/ecosystem integration.
• Track record in implementing ERP, CRM, E-commerce, Warehouse Management (WMS), or Supply Chain systems.
• Soft Skills: Hands-on problem solver with clear communication skills to articulate technical strategies to non-technical business stakeholders and executive management.
