Tech Lead - Server and Storage

• Administer and maintain Domain Controllers
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and authentication issues
• Administer and maintain Active Directory Sites and Services
• Conduct routine AD health checks and maintenance activities
• Implement AD security hardening and compliance initiatives
• Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Implement security policies and system restrictions using GPOs
• Administer and manage DFS and File Servers
• User/group, access control and permission management
• Support and optimize core IT infrastructure focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, and File Server management
• Maintain secure identity management, enforce IT governance and security policies
• Ensure availability and performance of file services
• Support business continuity through reliable and resilient infrastructure operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator or equivalent Microsoft certifications
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Support roles
• PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and incident management capabilities
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
