Tech Lead ServiceNow

Mission: As a ServiceNow Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the design, technical management, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs and ensure the quality of developments. You will support the technical teams in architectural choices, development best practices, and platform evolution.

Main responsibilities

• To technically manage the implementation and evolution projects of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design robust, scalable architectures aligned with ServiceNow standards.
• To guide and support developers in design and development activities.
• Participate in scoping workshops and gather functional and technical requirements.
• To guarantee the quality of the code, the performance and the maintainability of the solutions developed.
• D$: Define and apply best practices for development, integration and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and support the skills development of teams.
• Supervise integrations with third-party systems via API, Web Services or middleware.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex problems.
• Participate in the definition of the technical roadmap and the continuous improvement of the platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience (5 years or more) on ServiceNow with experience in technical leadership.
• Ma$:trise du d$:veloppement ServiceNow : Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACL.
• Experience across several modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD,
• Having an affinity for AI and GenAI, particularly to identify and integrate use cases to optimize processes and enrich ServiceNow solutions.
• Good mastery of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
• Knowledge of m$:Agile / Scrum methods.
• Capacity: to supervise a technical team and support architectural decisions.
• Good level of communication and ability to interact with technical and third-party stakeholders.
