WHO WE ARE

We are South Europe Technologies (S.ET Iberia), the IT, Data, and Operations Shared Service Center for BNP Paribas Personal Finance. With delivery centers in Spain and Portugal, we provide essential solutions to entities like Cetelem worldwide. Our team of over 200 experts works with technologies like Java, Python, and AI to deliver end-to-end services.

MISSION

As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical assistance for the Connect One Central Platform within SET Iberia. You will join a new IT development squad to manage new developments, application improvements, and maintenance. Your work ensures seamless B2B partner connections across multiple countries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop new functionalities and resolve technical defects.

Perform technical analysis aligned with architectural and functional requirements.

Execute technical tests and manage continuous integration following our delivery strategy.

Support and analyze issues within the production environment.

Contribute to Agile meetings by sharing developments and collaborating with Business Analysts.

Supervise the development work of your team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You have at least 4 years of experience in similar roles, including 3 years in technical leadership.

You possess strong Backend skills in Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and REST services.

You are proficient with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

You have experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Liquibase.

You are familiar with Git/GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and IBM Cloud.

You understand event-driven architecture and Kafka Connector development.

You demonstrate advanced analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

You speak English at a B2 level or higher; French is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Sonar is preferred.
