We are looking for a skilled DevOps Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, troubleshooting deployment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide DevOps and production support for applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Support application deployments and releases in Microsoft Azure.
• Identify and resolve build, deployment, infrastructure, and environment-related issues.
• Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Follow incident management, change management, and support procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation and support operational improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in DevOps and support operations.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of scripting using Shell or Python.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and production support practices.
