Role & responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering Lead the elicitation and documentation of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration.
• Process Engineering & Optimization Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Integration Partner with the data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with technical teams to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Solution Design Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities.
• Data Analysis – Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and present findings to support data-driven decision-making.
• Documentation – Create detailed requirements documents, process flows, use cases, data mapping documents, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and delivery of project objectives.
• Quality Assurance – Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and integrated systems meet business needs and quality standards.
• Change Management – Drive change management efforts to support end-users in adopting new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Learning Management System (LMS)
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (EC)

Continuous Improvement – Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to business processes and system functionalities

• SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
• Talent systems and HR transformation programs
• Data integration project delivery
• End-to-end project management
• Resource and vendor management
• Risk, budget, and financial management
• Stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• PMP certification preferred
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled delivery accelerators
