Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain technical publication procedures.
• Draft, revise, and validate AMM, IPC, WDM, and CMM documentation for major aircraft interior modification programs.
• Perform technical writing and illustration activities and provide guidance/training to less experienced team members.
• Manage administrative aspects of technical publications.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding technical publication deliverables.
• Support project execution by providing statements of work, schedules, and other administrative/project inputs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in technical publications with strong expertise in AMM, IPC, WDM, and CMM documentation.
• A&P certification and/or a technical degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of technical publication processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, analytical reports, FAA/Federal Aviation Regulations, OEM manuals, and ICA documents.
• Knowledge of the STC process is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
