Tech Recruiter - 12m FTC

A global tech brand are bringing a Tech Recruiter to their team to hire best-in-class talent across EMEA, with a focus on Software Engineering roles.

What you’ll do:

• Run a busy desk of 10-15 permanent reqs, from kick-off to offer, across everything from early-career engineers to senior managers
• Hire for a real mix of software engineering roles, including Java, front end and machine learning
• Headhunt your own talent, because the sourcing function is small, so research and ad development are part of the job
• Partner closely with a small group of hiring managers, benchmarking roles and pushing back when it matters
• Negotiate and close complex offers

You’ll need:

• 3-5+ years’ experience recruiting technical talent, ideally more (either inhouse or agency)
• Genuine technical understanding, enough to talk to engineers with credibility
• Proven headhunting skills
• Strong business partnering skills (essential)
• Negotiation and offer experience, including role benchmarking
• The autonomy to run your own reqs with little hand-holding

The role is based in London, 3 days a week on site and paid as a contractor at £345 per day.
