Job Description

The HR and Tech Recruitment Lead runs the full employment cycle for ZAD’s Turkey and Europe based team members and is the single HR point of contact for that population. Day to day the role sources and screens technical candidates, runs interview and case study stages with Product and Engineering leads, prepares offers and contracts, and coordinates with head office on equipment, system access and payroll inputs. The role also handles employee relations queries, maintains remote employee records and documentation, and runs structured onboarding and offboarding. The outcome owned is a filled, documented and compliant remote workforce with short time to hire and no gaps in records, access or handover.

Responsibilities

• Source technical candidates through LinkedIn, specialist platforms and maintained talent pools.
• Screen applications and run first stage interviews covering role fit and basic technical vetting.
• Coordinate interview stages, case studies and technical tests with Product and Engineering leads and management.
• Own candidate communication end to end, including feedback, timelines, offer negotiation and contract signature.
• Run onboarding for Turkey and Europe hires: equipment, email and tool access with head office, signed NDA, IP and policy acknowledgments, welcome kit and first week introductions.
• Act as first point of contact for remote employee relations matters and escalate issues to the HR Director with a recommended position.
• Manage offboarding: exit checklist, device return, access revocation, final settlement coordination, exit interview and knowledge handover.
• Maintain remote employee records, directories, tool licences and pipeline metrics so data is current and auditable.
• Report hiring, onboarding and attrition data to the HR Director and flag recurring process friction with proposed fixes.

Hiring Criteria

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Four or more years in recruitment or HR operations, including direct experience hiring technical or engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting employees in a remote or multi location setup.
• Working knowledge of employment practice in Turkey or the wider Europe region.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Turkish or Arabic is an advantage.
• Practical use of ATS, HRIS and collaboration tools such as Notion, and comfort building simple automated workflows.
• Ability to work to the ZAD performance calendar and coordinate across Kuwait (Sunday to Thursday) and Turkey (Monday to Friday) working weeks.
• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
