Tech Recruiter

• Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms also collaboration with HR Recruitment to get the potential candidate.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates skill & experiences
• Administering pre-employment assessments or tests.
• Checking references and conducting background checks on potential hires.
• Manage database from active employee in project and potential candidates.
• Collaboration with HR Recruitment to submit documents hiring.
• Administrative for new employee in internal Dept.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience as a recruiter in IT industry minimum 2 years (will be advantage)
• Have knowledge about psychological test and interview skill.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill, energetic, high motivated, result oriented, good intiative, able to work under-pressure, and proficient in computer operation.
• Willing to learn new things related to IT software product such as python, .Net, Java, etc. (experienced on Tech or IT is preferable)
• English language skill (Mandarin is advantage).
• Possess Hunter-Mindset .
• Willing to travel
