Tech Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment initiatives for a fast-growing organization with a large and diverse workforce.

The role will focus heavily on technology, network, infrastructure, and engineering recruitment, while also supporting hiring requirements across corporate and commercial functions. This is an opportunity for a TA leader who enjoys both strategic workforce planning and hands-on involvement in challenging searches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies and hiring delivery for technical and corporate positions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for specialized technology, network, infrastructure, and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Guide and coordinate recruitment teams supporting different locations or business areas.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and hiring.
• Provide talent market insights, including candidate availability, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
• Manage external recruitment partners and sourcing channels when required.
• Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a large-scale or fast-paced organization.
• Strong background in technical recruitment, particularly IT, network, infrastructure, engineering, or field operations roles.
• Experience handling both specialized and volume recruitment.
• Previous experience coordinating or leading recruiters, including teams supporting multiple locations, is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage difficult-to-fill positions and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Experience with modern recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
