Tech Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nationwide talent acquisition strategies for technical, commercial, and corporate roles.
• Lead regional TA teams and ensure consistent recruitment processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviews to job offers.
• Build talent pipelines for network, engineering, and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to address hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and manage external recruitment vendors.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or network industries.
• Proven experience hiring technical and engineering professionals, with commercial and support hiring as an advantage.
• Experience leading regional or dotted-line teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and modern recruitment practices.
