CareerNaksha is an EdTech organization focused on career guidance, skill development, and innovative learning programs for students. As part of our CSR initiatives, we are conducting technology-focused training programs to help students develop practical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Trainers and Cyber Security Trainers to conduct engaging, practical training sessions for school students under our CSR project in Bharuch.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technology, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

Key Responsibilities

For AI Trainer:

Conduct interactive sessions on Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

Introduce students to AI tools, applications, and real-world use cases.

Conduct practical and project-based learning activities.

Explain basic concepts of AI, automation, and machine learning in a student-friendly manner.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, activities, and training materials.

Encourage students to explore innovative AI-based ideas and projects.

For Cyber Security Trainer:

Conduct sessions on Cyber Security and Digital Safety.

Teach students basic concepts of cybersecurity, online privacy, and safe internet practices.

Create awareness about phishing, passwords, scams, social engineering, and cyber threats.

Conduct practical demonstrations and activities related to digital security.

Prepare training materials and session plans.

Encourage responsible and safe use of technology.

Common Responsibilities

Manage classroom sessions effectively.

Maintain student engagement and participation.

Assess student understanding and provide feedback.

Coordinate with school representatives and the CSR project team.

Maintain session records and submit required reports.

Follow project guidelines and maintain professional conduct.

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.

Candidates with relevant certifications or practical experience may also apply.

Basic to good knowledge of AI tools / Cyber Security concepts depending on the position.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable teaching school students.

Strong classroom management skills.

Passion for technology, education, and mentoring students.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
