TECH SUPERVISOR: The Tech Supervisor oversees the day-to-day technical operations and leads a team
- Team Leadership: Schedule, coach, and supervise technicians. Do performance reviews, training, and shift planning
- Technical Oversight: Troubleshoot escalated issues with hardware, software, networks, or equipment that the team can’t resolve
- Project & Workflow Management: Assign tasks, track progress, and make sure deadlines are met
- Quality & Safety: Enforce company standards, best practices, and safety protocols. Audit work for quality control
- Client/Stakeholder Support: Act as point of contact for technical escalations. Communicate updates to managers and clients
