• Windows Admin Active Directory, Group policies, RD Gateway (Remote Desktop), Performance Optimization, Printer configuration, File share permissions

Incident Management:

• Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets related to Active Directory.
• Prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Document incident resolution steps and knowledge base articles.

Problem Management:

• Identify and analyze recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize system downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.

User Account Management:

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts.
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts.
• Manage user permissions and access rights.

Group Policy Management:

• Create, modify, and deploy Group Policies to enforce security settings and software configurations.
• Troubleshoot Group Policy-related issues, such as slow logon times and policy failures.

Active Directory Administration:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and security audits.
• Monitor Active Directory performance and identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues, such as replication problems and domain controller failures.
