Tech Support CSR | Paid Training | One Day Process Only

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for onsite positions around Metro Manila. Assist customers with inquiries and concerns while providing excellent service. No BPO experience required for qualified applicants. Earn up to ₱26,000 with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Update customer records and case details.
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• No BPO experience is welcome to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Open to shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
