Tech Support Engineer-After Sales

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site at Client Locations & Work From Home)
Employment Type: Third-party Contract

Language Requirement: Mandarin proficiency is required to support client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes and container platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities while providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, reports, and customer deliverables.
• Assist customers with solution deployment, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues and collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure, Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift (OCP), networking, storage, monitoring, logging, and automation.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and container technologies.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites when required.
• Prior experience in technical support, implementation, or solution engineering is preferred.
