We’re looking for a Technology Support Engineer who enjoys getting to the bottom of technical problems, improving systems, and helping people get the most from their technology.

You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud services, networks, endpoints, and infrastructure, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and expand your technical skills.

What Your Day Could Look Like

• Solve technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, Outlook, and user environments.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Support Azure and other cloud-based services.
• Manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, and updates.
• Investigate recurring problems and look beyond the immediate fix.
• Keep tickets, documentation, and asset records accurate.
• Work with infrastructure and security specialists on more complex issues.
• Get involved in technology upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.
• Suggest better ways of working and help put those ideas into practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, or a similar technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Azure or another cloud platform.
• Experience using IT ticketing or service-management systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and a professional approach to supporting users.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• PowerShell, Intune, endpoint management, or automation experience is desirable.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, Azure, or relevant technical qualifications are advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
