Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction (Chat Support)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone
Billing & Account Support
Resolve issues related to:
Billing discrepancies and invoice clarifications
Payment failures and refunds
Subscription plans, upgrades, and cancellations
Educate customers about billing policies and charges
Issue Resolution
- Identify customer problems and provide quick and accurate solutions
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when required
- Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) wherever possible
