Tech Support Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Tech Support Executives to join our USA-based technical support process. The selected candidates will assist customers with basic technical issues, troubleshooting, product/service-related queries, and provide effective solutions over calls, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for the USA process.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers.
• Identify and resolve basic software, hardware, connectivity, login, and account-related issues.
• Guide customers step-by-step through technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
