Act T Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to assist clients with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Guide users in software, system, and application usage.
• Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers, software, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
