Tech Support Executive -Field Engineers/FMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Onsite / Field support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers and Network devices under AMC.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.).
• Handle break-fix support and component replacement.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and spare part management.
• Maintain AMC asset inventory and service records.
• Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as per schedule.
• Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, connectivity issues).
• Install and troubleshoot OS (Windows/Linux) and standard applications.
• Maintain proper documentation and service reports after each visit.
• Adhere to defined SLA and TAT for issue resolution.
• Provide user support and basic IT guidance to end-users.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows OS installation, drivers, and configuration.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, LAN, DHCP).
• Experience with printers and scanners troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle fieldwork and multiple client locations.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of AMC process, SLA compliance, and ticketing tools is preferred.
• Two wheeler Must and valid license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
