Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt technical assistance to internal staff or clients via email, phone, or in person for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and hardware peripherals (computers, printers, routers).
• Set up user accounts, manage permissions, enforce security protocols, and assist with password resets or network access problems.
• Log, prioritise, and track support requests using a ticketing system, escalating complex issues to specialised IT engineering teams when necessary.
• Create basic end-user documentation, FAQs, and guides, and assist in onboarding new employees on company IT systems and security practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of OND.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
