Tech support Specialist

Job Title: Electronic Test Monitor (E-Test Proctor)

Location: Everett, Seattle & Renton, WA

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused Electronic Test Monitor to support electronic testing sessions at client locations.

Responsibilities:

• Check in participants and monitor testing sessions.
• Assist students with computer logins and basic software issues.
• Ensure testing guidelines are followed.
• Maintain testing schedules, equipment, and classroom supplies.
• Assist instructors and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts and support multiple locations.
• Must meet Boeing's U.S. person status requirement.
• Business-casual dress code required.
• Background check and 8-panel drug screening required.
