We are currently looking for a Tech Support Technician to support internal and external customers during trouble shooting – 1 -level support.

What you will do:

• Programming of customer data based on requests / requirements
• Support customers during integration process of new systems
• Technical support via telephone, email, ticketing system, or remote access
• Diagnosis of hardware/software problems based on logs and test results
• Performing maintenance and device configurations
• Maintaining service reports and ticket documentation
• Inspecting returned items and ensuring troubleshooting
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Reporting recurring errors and suggesting improvements

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge with IT infrastructure, Ms Office
• Experience in a technical/technology sector
• Strong team and customer orientation
• Experience in diagnostics and structured problem-solving
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication (BAT scripts,
• XML, CSV)
• Familiarity with ticketing/CRM systems and Microsoft tools
• Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English and Polish
• German skills nice to have
