What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ให้บริการและดูแลลูกค้าทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ ผ่านช่องทาง Telephone, E-mail, LINE Official, Facebook Fanpage และ Skype
- รับแจ้งปัญหา พร้อมประสานงานเพื่อช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขให้ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแก่ลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในองค์กร
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- เปิดรับการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และพร้อมพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่เสมอ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลาได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และเข้างานตามตารางเวลาที่บริษัทกำหนดได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในรูปแบบ 24/7 ได้
- สามารถทำงานในวัฒนธรรมองค์กรแบบ Startup ได้
- เป็นคนสนุก เข้ากับทีมได้ดี
- สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี พิจารณาต่อเป็นพนักงานประจำ
