About the role

A Recruiter is responsible for finding and evaluating candidates, setting up interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and helping with onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Find active and passive candidates using job portals (like JobStreet and the likes), and professional networks
• Review candidate profiles to check if their technical skills match job requirements
• Run initial phone or video screenings to evaluate communication, interest, and basic qualifications
• Coordinate technical tests and interviews between candidates and hiring managers

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a technical staffing environment
• Basic familiarity with IT terms (e.g., software developers, data analysts, tech stacks)
• Good verbal and written communication
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• A committed and hardworking person is a high priority
