Technical 3D Artist

We are looking for a talented Technical 3D Artist based in Chiang Mai, Thailand to create high-quality 3D models, visuals, and interactive 3D experiences for our projects.

The ideal candidate has strong 3D modeling skills, experience with visual scripting, low-code logic, and problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. You will work with our design and development teams to turn concepts, drawings, and product references into accurate and visually appealing 3D models. 

Create detailed and optimized 3D models based on drawings, photos, sketches, CAD files, or other references.

• Produce clean 3D geometry, UV mapping, textures, materials, lighting, and rendering.

• Prepare and optimize 3D assets for web-based applications.

• Create interactive 3D applications by combining 3D assets with logic, animations, user interactions, and visual scripting.

• Make revisions based on feedback from clients and team members.

• Ensure that 3D models are accurate, visually consistent, and suitable for real-time performance.

• Organize and maintain project files according to company standards.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers.

• Communicate project progress, questions, and technical issues clearly in English.

• Deliver assigned work on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, 3D Modeler, or similar role.

• Experience with visual scripting, low-code logic, and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in at least one major 3D tool, such as:

• Blender

• Autodesk 3ds Max

• Autodesk Maya

• Good understanding of modeling, texturing, materials, lighting, rendering, and animation.

• Ability to create optimized, low-polygon models for real-time and web use.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.

• Able to communicate and understand work instructions in English.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• A portfolio showing relevant 3D modeling and rendering work.

• Based in Thailand or legally eligible to work in Thailand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating interactive product presentations or product configurators.

• Knowledge of Blender and Verge3D integration.

• Experience with Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, or similar texturing tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Verge3D Puzzles.

• Experience working with CAD files or technical product drawings.

• Knowledge of web-based 3D optimization and performance.

• Experience working with international clients or English-speaking teams.
