We're looking for a Technical Academy Intern!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Maintain and organize the Technical Academy Calendar to include all scheduled internal and external training programs; Research and identify potential external trainers or facilitators, coordinate their availability, and update the calendar accordingly.
• Development and maintenance of Technical Academy dashboard/ monitoring files (e.g. training facilitation, budget utilization)
• Assist in the preparation of internal training programs including, but not limited to support in logistics and coordination of training schedules, creation of publicity materials, and collection of training evaluation forms.

What You Will Need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering and related fields
• A required Internship / OJT as part of school curriculum
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite, video-editing tools, or equivalent tools
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Duration: 2-3 months
