What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Account Management (TAM) Intern to join our team. As a TAM Intern, you’ll work closely with our Technical Account Managers to support client relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

This role provides hands-on exposure to technical problem-solving, client-facing collaboration, and the connection between technical decisions and commercial outcomes. You’ll learn to understand identify opportunities and help design technical solutions that create value for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Analyze data, campaign or product performance, and client feedback to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for product or process improvement.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including technical guides, best practices, and client-facing resources.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to address client needs and technical challenges.
• Help evaluate the potential business impact of different technical approaches and support recommendations that balance effectiveness, scalability, and client value.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Interested in understanding how technology, data, and client strategy come together to drive business results.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data analysis, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and delivering outstanding client experiences.
