I’m recruiting for a client-facing professional to bridge the gap between insurance customers and product and engineering teams, taking ownership of requirements from initial discussion through to implementation.

The role:

Build strong client relationships and understand their workflows and challenges.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Work with product and engineering teams to prioritise requirements and coordinate delivery.
Support client queries around platform capabilities, APIs and integrations.
Track issues through to resolution and identify opportunities to improve the product.

What we’re looking for:

Strong insurance domain knowledge across underwriting, claims, submissions or related processes.
Experience in business analysis, implementation, solutions consulting or a similar client-facing role.
An understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations.
Confident communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong ownership, problem-solving skills and follow-through.

Insurance technology platform experience and exposure to Agile delivery would be beneficial.
