Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) monitoring of Huawei Cloud's key strategic customers, including analysing and optimizing business models, disaster recovery capabilities, capacity, performance, etc., and providing timely response and resolution for emergency incidents.
2. Responsible for the architecture availability and basic service availability design and monitoring of Huawei Cloud's key customers, leading the optimization and implementation of key risk points.
3. Responsible for building the O&M capabilities of Huawei Cloud customers, collaborating with tools for design and implementation; conducting regular technical exchanges with customers to ensure healthy and stable operation of their cloud-based services, thereby enhancing the customer experience.
4. Responsible for overseeing the project delivery of key customers, driving the implementation and delivery of design solutions developed by solution architects, assisting customers in migrating their business to the cloud, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in O&M, after-sales support, or project delivery.
3. Skills:

• Familiarity with one or more areas such as OpenStack, computing, storage, networking, containers, etc.; certifications such as HCIP/HCIE/CCIE/PMP/ITIL/CISSP/CISA are a plus.
• Proven experience in O&M capability design and monitoring is preferred.
• Experience in supporting key/strategic accounts is preferred.
• Development experience in Java, Python, or Shell is preferred.
• Demonstrated diligence, meticulousness, and a strong work ethic.
