TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR – ENGINEERING

We are looking for a Technical Administrator with an Engineering background to join our client, a global manufacturer known for its durable tools, innovative solutions, and wide international distribution.

In this role, you will work closely with the Engineering team, supporting technical documentation, purchasing processes, project quality activities, and administrative coordination. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize Bill of Materials (BOM) templates.
• Enter and maintain BOM information in SAP and GIS.
• Support Project Quality Assurance activities.
• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation.
• Handle Change Requests and Travel Requests.
• Perform BOM comparisons and maintain relevant documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Engineering department.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with documentation and data.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
