TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION STAFF

• Manage internal and external document archiving in a neat and systematic manner.
• Coordinate administrative tasks actively across related departments.
• Prepare technical reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and data analysis reports on a regular basis.
• Generate reports regarding issues or discrepancies in raw materials and packaging.
• Coordinate with PD Engineers and the Marketing team regarding product design completeness.
• Provide prompt reports to the Supervisor regarding any operational or technical obstacles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Administration (experience in a Technical Department is preferred).
• Highly proficient and agile in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge or experience using SAP/ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high data accuracy.
• Disciplined, communicative, and strongly oriented toward job responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willing to be stationed in Cikande, and undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Daan Mogot, Tangerang.
