Technical Administrative

Job Summary:

Job Scope:

• Assists salesperson on document preparation ,

• Support sales person in sales order, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery.

• Answer and follow up on all phone call and walk in customer enquiries

• Update and manage customer database and documentation

• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting sales team data; establishing entry priorities

• Perform data entry, prepare Quotation, invoice & DO

• Familiar with CRM or other software will be advantage and value added

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying

• Coordinate delivery arrangement

• Perform and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or task ad and when required by the management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

• Good written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin will be added advantage.

• Computer literate and numerate

• Aggressive, fast learner and able to work independently

• Focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels

• Able to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
