Technical Administrator (5 day work)

A well-established and multinational medical device company is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests on medical equipment
• Liaise with customers to arrange repair and maintenance work
• Schedule and assign job orders to service engineers
• Schedule medical equipment maintenance, monitor maintenance work progress, submit maintenance documents such as checklist/service report to clients
• Prepare quotation for repair/maintenance/parts replacement
• Keep track and update spare parts stock level
• Administrate maintenance document

Job Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or technical school education background
• Experience in customer service preferably in the medical equipment field
• Possess a general sense of the mechanism of electrical products
• Patient and a fast learner
• Basic PC skills
• 3 years or above of working experience in customer service or administration
