Technical Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual who has great administrative skills and communicates well to a range of people. We are a growing company & you will need to be able to balance and complete tasks with efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A strong personality with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong telephonic and customer service skills
• A polite, professional, and courteous manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• At least 2 years of administrative experience (required)

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Office Management and/or Project Management experience
• Microsoft Certifications
• Experience working with online CRM systems
• Experience using online helpdesk or ticketing systems
