Technical Adviser

Tastia Restaurant and Bakery is looking for a practical and proactive Technical Adviser to help our Abuja branches run smoothly. In this role, you will be the resident expert ensuring that our buildings, kitchen equipment, and systems operate perfectly. You will also oversee technical workflows for new branch openings and act as a bridge for innovation by reviewing ideas from our staff. The ideal candidate loves solving operational problems, understands restaurant logistics, and knows how to maintain a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Keep all kitchen appliances, machinery, and restaurant facilities in top working condition.
• Arrange regular servicing and ensure any broken equipment is fixed quickly to avoid service delays.
• Provide daily technical expertise to managers and kitchen teams to ensure operations run safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions to reduce waste.
• Lead the technical planning, equipment installation, and setup whenever the company opens a new restaurant branch.
• Ensure new locations meet all corporate and operational standards before launching.
• Collect, analyze, and categorize creative ideas and feedback suggested by employees.
• Present the best workflow and operational improvements to executive management for implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing facilities, equipment maintenance, or operations, ideally within a restaurant, hotel, or retail setting.
• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen systems, electrical/mechanical equipment, and building maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Great communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff, technicians, and upper management.

Pay: ₦170,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
